		<description>I know what you mean. I'm in the same boat. My decision was to look at London. I'm still not ready to throw myself into academia but at least I've found a program that will fit my need when I am.</description>

So find yourself a program that will teach you what you need to know to teach, and not one that will teach you what you need to know to "get to Broadway." Look at the state schools -- they'll pay you to go, and will probably give you an opportunity to teach.</description>
