Have one of the characters make a ringing sound and then you mime like you're answering the phone and then have the actor start talking to you. You guys can talk about how disgusting it is when people in the audience pick up the phone while you're trying to perform, but stare at that person the whole time since they prob. wont understand you're talking about them because they're an idiot.
